Account Manager

We are looking for experienced account manager to support excellent customer relationships and to continue developing new business. This position requires a key understanding of users’ needs to ensure that we continuously offer the best and most valuable software solution and services.

Responsibilities and required skills

Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of Network Perception, and the drive to meet and exceed objectives.

  • Qualifying leads and demonstrating Network Perception technology
  • Managing and forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual pipelines and forecasts
  • Developing short and longer term plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Developing and managing executive level and key stakeholder customer relationships
  • Attendance to industry tradeshows for networking, prospecting and selling
  • Understanding of the decision making structure in mid-size to large companies
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
